Socket service library uses eventfd, which does not work with
native_posix platform, hence need to exclude it from samples that now
rely on socket services.

Twister now supports using YAML lists for all fields that were written
as space-separated lists. Used twister_to_list.py script. Some artifacts
on string length are due to how ruamel dumps content.

By default the LLMNR is disabled in this sample. You can enable
it by setting CONFIG_LLMNR_RESOLVER=y

Make sure that we compile sanity checked application with
more config options in order to catch compile issues faster.
In this case DHCPv4 + debugging options are enabled for
sanity checker.

This will prepare test cases and samples with metadata and information
that will be consumed by the sanitycheck script which will be changed to
parse YAML files instead of ini.
