Since isprint (and the other is* functions) return an int, change check
to an explicit test against the return value.

This commit adds the strtoull function implementation that is licensed
BSD-3-Clause, which is an OSI-approved license, with the modifications
necessary for adoption into the Zephyr minimal C library.

types changed to long long instead of long.
