Now that we support internally connected channels we should make the
pinctrl configuration optional.

These properties are not used by the driver at all, but are
inconveniently marked as required. Lets just remove them.

These worked because edtlib allows 'pinctrl-.*' properties without
specifying them on the bindings. However, this has never been an
anounced pinctrl feature, the reference documents explicitly mention
that usage of pinctrl-device.yaml is mandatory.

DTS property attributes are (by default) not required.
Explicitly specifying `required: false` is redundant.
Perhaps a warning to that effect would be useful.

Now that STM32 drivers are using pinctrl API, set pintrl-0 and
pintrl-names properties as required in order to report malformed
nodes description soon at build stage and avoid cryptic

The DAC53608 and DAC43608 (DACx3608) are lowpower, eight-channel,
voltage-output, 10-bit or 8-bit digital-to-analog converters (DACs)
respectively. They support I2C with a wide power supply range
from 1.8 V to 5.5 V, and a full scale output voltage range of
1.8 V to 5.5 V. The DACx3608 also includes per channel, user
programmable, power down registers.
