f6699ae741 Convert LITE references to TICKLESS_KERNEL references 
Converts all remaining references to the obsolete LITE symbol by
changing them to CONFIG_TICKLESS_KERNEL.

Note that the tickless kernel capability remains experimental,
as more work is required to properly support it.
