irq_lock returns an unsigned int, though, several places was using
signed int. This commit fix this behaviour.
In order to avoid this error happens again, a coccinelle script was
added and can be used to check violations.

Restructured the test, added description and enhanced
semaphore count logic to check for semaphores created
only in the test.

Change the common "init with 0" + "give" idiom to "init with 1". This
won't change the behavior or performance, but should decrease the size
ever so slightly.
This change has been performed mechanically with the following
Coccinelle script:
