Sensor Kconfig sybmols should be enabled if CONFIG_SENSOR=y
and the devicetree node for the sensor is enabled. We can
remove explicitly enabling specific sensor drivers in .conf
files.

In order to bring consistency in-tree, migrate all samples to the use
the new prefix <zephyr/...>. Note that the conversion has been scripted:

According to Kconfig guidelines, boolean prompts must not start with
"Enable...". The following command has been used to automate the changes
in this patch:
sed -i "s/bool \"[Ee]nables\? \(\w\)/bool \"\U\1/g" **/Kconfig*

This sample writes the tmp108 temperature to the console
once every 3 seconds. There are macro definitions included
for turning off and on alerts if that is set up, and
also using low power one shot mode.
