Steven Wang	3cb03efd9c	tests: move test timeutil into "unit" directory. We don't have to build an image for running test timeutil. We can just build a native app to test it. tests: move test timeutil into "unit" directory.

We don't have to build an image for running test timeutil. We
can just build a native app to test it. So move it into "unit"
directory.

Also, add 64-bit support for unit testing framework.
